Somatic Mind is an evolving practice that helps you develop body intelligence and mental agility. Adrien Matter and Joan Tran Hieu bring their passion for bodywork and decades of experience to guide your discovery of how movement can support your growth.
Our approach draws from martial arts, dance, Pilates, yoga, somatic and athletic work. But it’s not just a mix — we don’t copy shapes or follow rigid codes. Instead, we use tools adapted to your desires, needs, and abilities.
