J’ai subi plusieurs interventions suite à d’importantes blessures à l’épaule et au dos. Le tout avec des objectifs de compétitions (championnats du Monde) et des délais très réduits entre l’opération et les événements.

Adrien m’a accompagné dans ma réathlétisation, dans la phase de récupération, puis dans la phase de préparation.

Notre collaboration m’a permis de reprendre la compétition et retrouver du confort au quotidien.

Adrien propose un travail à la fois adapté et personnalisé. Je recommande !
