About the event
Somatic Mind is a practice for moving differently and thinking differently, beyond styles and techniques.
It is a space to develop mental agility and bodily intelligence through play, improvisation, and choreographic work.
Through exercises drawn from dance, martial arts, and athletic training, you will develop mobility, coordination, agility, adaptability, and creativity.
This exploration of movement and stillness is an invitation to cultivate our quality of presence and our quality of relationships.
