About the event
Somatic Mind is a practice for moving differently and thinking differently, beyond styles and techniques. It is a space to develop the agility of the mind and the intelligence of the body through play, improvisation and choreographic work. Through exercises drawn from dance, martial arts and athletic work you will develop mobility, coordination, agility, adaptability and creativity.
This exploration of movement and stillness is an invitation to cultivate our quality of presence and our quality of relationship.
